Buyer’s Representatives 

As a Buyers' Representative you will be able to add your clients to your profile and receive compensation for each purchase your buyer makes.

Before you can add clients under your profile you will need to register yourself as a Buyers Representative on the website and then add each buyer you represent to your profile. You will need their full contact information including name, company address, phone number, and email addresses for all buyers you represent.

After you register your each buyer, they will receive an automatic email from our system prompting them to complete the registration. Please prepare your buyer and let them know, in advance, that they must complete the registration through this link.

Anyone that is registered on the site will be able to see the listings that are available; however your buyer's available funds will have to be proven in order for them to bid on any listings. Your buyer can prove the funds available for bidding with a simple and secure upload feature. You buyer will be able to upload their POF document in Word, PDF, or JPG format directly from their computer to our server, safely and securely, without fear of mishandling of this sensitive information through the internet. Once their POF has been reviewed and approved, they will be ready to bid.

Anyone attempting to utilize falsified or stolen POF information will be turned into the authorities.

* Once you register and sign up buyers under your account, they will not be able to "circumvent" you and sign up on the sight independently. In fact, even if they come to the site and attempt register at a later time, the system will show that they have already been signed up.

* Please know that while all registered bidders will be able to see available listings on BRT, everyone that intends to place a bid on must prove the funds they have available before they can place a bid.
