BulkReoTape.com was founded in 2008 by George Wagner. As a mortgage professional, George saw the opportunity emerging and immediately trafficked BulkReoTape.com to one of the internets most highly visited websites for wholesale bulk reo properties. George was later joined by Alex Harris and Clinton Riskus in early 2009.

My father is a retired Senior VP from a Large Courier company. His former client base includes some of the top banks in the country. In the mid eighties, and before modern technologies handled the functions, ALL Banks needed to have ALL of the checks that were written by their customers Microfilmed - Required by the FED.
At that time, pretty much all bills were paid by check. The USPS would handle the delivery of all of those checks to the local and regional corporate offices for just about every bill - auto draft was in its infancy. If you wrote a check to your credit card company, in say Delaware, that check would take quite a journey!
After being mailed, that check would be deposited into the corporate bank account of the Credit Card Company. After the funds cleared, the check would be released from the Corporate Bank - and then go to the FED to be microfilmed. Finally returning to the Bank of Origin's processing department. They were responsible to prepare the monthly statements - which included the original check.
Imagine the task. We are talking about tens of thousands of pounds per day of checks that had to be routed with ultimate precision and timing.
Several of my father's close friends were his clients - all Senior VP's of major banks. My father and his friends are now all retired, but in 2008, after 4 years as a mortgage professional, I thought it was time to ask if they still had any contacts in the REO departments of the companies they used to work for.

Alex V. Harris
Alex Harris is a licensed real estate professional and one of the owners of Summit Real Estate Investment Group, LLC, (SREIG) which is an REO based investment company specializing in the sale and servicing of bulk REO assets on a retail level - after their clients buy them wholesale. Alex began his six year real estate career in property management, and in 2008 joined the team at SREIG including Cory Bray and Cameron Bailey. Tony A. Isbell
Tony Isbell is the president and CEO of RealtyBid.com. He has been involved with the real estate auction business on a national basis for more than 16 years. He has worked in various capacities in the auction business throughout his career, including in national positions such as managing director of government operations and national sales director for one of the country's largest national auction firms.
In 1999, Isbell, along with J. Michael Keracher, established Accelerated Marketing Services, Inc. (AMS), a traditional real estate auction firm. In its first nine months of operation, AMS sold more than 2,500 homes for a sales volume of approximately $50 million, ranking AMS as one of the top five largest auction firms in the United States.
In 2001, Isbell and Keracher created RealtyBid.com as a medium to combine the effectiveness of real estate auctions with the growing efficiency, acceptance and omnipresence of the Internet.
Isbell has personally been responsible for the sale of more than $1 billion worth of properties throughout the United States, including luxury homes, commercial assets, large land tracts, golf course properties and thousands of residential investment properties. He is a graduate of Jacksonville State University.

J. Michael (Mike) Keracher
Mike Keracher is the executive vice president of RealtyBid.com and oversees all sales and marketing activities for bank and corporately-owned properties available through RealtyBid.com.
He has been instrumental in securing major contracts from institutions and corporations such as Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Countrywide Home Loans, NationalCity Bank, Ocwen Federal Bank, Horizon Management Services, The Money Store, Ameriquest, Greentree Financial, ABN Amro, Washington Mutual, CitiFinancial Mortgage, TravelersBank, Conseco and GMAC.
Keracher began his auction career 16 years ago and has worked through numerous cycles of the real estate industry. During the 1980s, Keracher worked extensively with builders and developers, assisting them with reductions of inventory within major condominium developments and waterfront subdivisions. During the 1990s, Keracher focused much of his energy on working with real estate listing brokers and owners of distinctive and luxury properties. Keracher has been responsible for the sale of thousands of properties throughout the United States and is a graduate of Auburn University.

John R. (JR) Zeringue
JR Zeringue is the CTO of RealtyBid.com, a 20-year veteran of the computer industry, and manages all technology development at RealtyBid.com. He oversees production, development and maintenance of tools and utilities used to manage RealtyBid.com’s proprietary online transaction platform and supervises the design and build-out of all compatible programs tied to the system.
Zeringue is responsible for all future implementations of enhancements and features related to RealtyBid.com.
Zeringue holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Jacksonville State University and has served as development team lead for Communix Corporation of Tuscaloosa and project manager for Wang Labs of Atlanta. Before joining the staff of RealtyBid.com in April 2001, Zeringue served as Sr. Development Manager for Indus International of Atlanta.
